4.Do you offer PVC/silicone and printing?

5.What type of file works best for the design?
We accept most common formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI. Vector files (like Adobe Illustrator or vector PSD) are preferred since they give the sharpest results. But we will work with anything you send us.

That’s exactly what we’re here for! Simply send us your design and choose your desired product specifications, and we’ll take care of the rest, including size adjustments and layout arrangements. You’ll receive a digital proof for review and approval, and we’re happy to make revisions based on your feedback until you are completely satisfied.

Yes, and it’s very easy. We save your design files, so you can reorder at any time without having to resend the design files or start from scratch.
8.Will more complex designs incur extra costs?
Not always. The price depends on the product type, size, quantity, and other options. Some complex designs may require additional production steps or materials, which can affect the cost, but complexity itself doesn’t necessarily lead to a price increase. Furthermore, larger order quantities usually result in a lower unit price.
9.What colors are available?
All of our custom products offer a wide range of color options. You can choose colors from a vast color chart, and printed products can feature vibrant full-color designs, including gradients and complex patterns. 11.How long does it take to produce my order?
Production time depends on your selected shipping speed and whether you request a pre-production sample. Standard delivery typically takes about 3 – 4 weeks from order placement. Rush production can get most orders to you in about 2 – 2.5 weeks and if you’re in a pinch, we offer urgent options to deliver as fast as 10 – 14 days.
